Gail Hebbes' studio is conveniently located just off Mapleview Drive, East of Huronia Road in the South East end of Barrie. Ample parking and washroom facilities provided. Gail’s studio consists of a large studio room, equipped with mats and reformers, and many different Pilates accessories to use whether you are doing private, semi-private or a small group sessions. The equipment is used once the student has mastered the beginning repertoire of exercises as a way to add variety and added challenge to the pilates workout. The equipment can also be incorporated into the workout as a means to assist or modify an exercise for the student. The mat classes will accommodate up to 6 people for matwork. Keeping classes small allows Gail to keep a very watchful eye on her students to allow them to get the optimum results they want to achieve.

Additionally, the studio consists of 3 reformers with all the accessories. Bring a couple of friends and prepare for a great workout, which is guaranteed to break a sweat and make you laugh at the same time! A washroom and change area is provided. Did you forget your water? The studio always has water on hand for clients!
