Personal Programming and Rehab for Injuries - $70.00 per private session, which is one hour in length. Includes all programming and administrative duties to insurance companies. Call the studio for additional information.
Workplace Pilates Classes - please contact the studio for inquiries. Workplace prices: 6 - 8 participants $10.00 each, 9 - 12 participants $8.00 each, and 13 or more participants $6.00 each.

Rates include HST. Payments must be by cash or cheque only. A $15.00 administration fee will be charged to N.S.F. cheques. Prepaid sessions must be used within a 6 month period. To prevent being billed for unattended classes, the studio requires 12 hours notice for any changes or cancellations of booked appointments. Cancellations must be made by telephone or in person. Unfortunately email cancellations are not accepted.
In case of class cancellation due to inclement weather or an emergency, the studio will contact you by phone giving as much notice as possible to all participants. If in doubt, please feel free to contact the studio by phone. Cancelled classes will be added to the end of the current class session.
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing (loose fitting but not bulky). Shoes are not necessary, socks or bare feet are fine. Please refrain from wearing perfume in consideration for those with allergies. Please turn off cell phones and pagers.
